YUM-O! That looks delicious! I’ve had such a strong taste for a good breakfast meal lately.
I spent a year and a half there and just had my first authentic gaufre de liege in Salt Lake City a couple weeks ago. A chap from Brugges who opened a gauffre and frites stand. Awesome. I googled recipes too and found this one. I’ll have to try it! Thanks for reminding me!

I have been searching for an authentic Gaufres de Liege recipe and I have to say the gaufres in your picture look amazing. Can you share your recipe because I’ve tried the ones from notmartha and they were good but didn’t resemble your photo at all. Thanks, love the site.
