Internet shopping is convenient, but I really like to see/hear/feel/smell/taste things before I buy them, darn it!

You can view a significant number of the pages of this book at Google books. Several other pages can be seen at Scribd.com. Those links should take you straight to viewing for this specific book. Of course, I really want to see the pages on Piecing Challenges, but I can’t seem to find those anywhere. However, the pictures are such eye candy that I think I may have to go ahead and order this from Amazon. Who can resist something so beautiful?

I just found your blog through the Summer of Making blog yesterday. I met you at the Denyse Schmidt workshop in Portland. I saw your post this morning and then happened to bump into the Jean Wells book at a quilting store later in the morning. I was told that they have sold about 25 copies in the last week! I flipped through the book and it looks great. I had already reached my budget limit for today, but I have added it to my lengthy wish list. Hope this helps.
