In my mad rush to attempt to sew a couple of WAY too ambitious projects for Christmas gifts at nigh the last minute, I have not left myself much time for blogging, but I wanted to at least prove to you that I AM making progress. My first attempts at applique. These will definitely suffice!


I was stymied tonight when I ran out of tear-away stabilizer. Drat. All the local shops are already closed, so it’ll have to wait until after work tomorrow. But progress is being made!

I do promise to post another family quilt very soon as well.

Oh, and the title of this post is an obscure reference to the movie Major League, if any of you out there are Major League fans.
