I’m really getting set up for some quilting now! My SewEzi table has arrived!

I decided there just wasn’t room around here for a major immobile sewing cabinet, but also knew if I wanted to do any amount of quilting I was going to have to do something about the ergonomics. Enter the SewEzi!

Because the machine sets down into the table, there is a wonderfully huge expanse of space at the same height as the sewing height of the machine. Which means easy-peasy quilting! I can’t wait to actually use it.
** Addendum: I’ve noticed a lot of people finding this post in searches for SewEzi and I just wanted to point out that since these photos were taken I added the spacers that were included so that the deck of the machine sits completely flush with the top of the table, not slightly above it like it shows in these photos. Works great!

So how do you like using the SewEzi table? Does it vibrate when you’re sewing quickly? I’ve been considering getting one or at least letting my family know that I’d like to have one.
